Tracked payments
Rent and deposit are paid on the platform via Stripe, by card or other traceable methods: never cash to strangers, always a receipt.
Safeguarded deposit
If you book remotely, your deposit stays locked on the platform and reaches the landlord only 48 hours after key handover. Something's off? Open a dispute and the transfer stops.
Checked listings
The "Verified" badge appears only after our team has checked the landlord's ID document and real photos of the home.
Contracts done right
You sign on the platform using templates compliant with Italian law: student transitory, agreed-rent or single room. No under-the-table deals.
Authentic reviews
Only people who actually lived in the home, with a contract completed on the platform, can leave a review: no bought stars.

Spot something suspicious — a scam, fake photos, odd prices? Report the listing in one click and our team reviews it.

During: pay protected
Request, payment and deposit go through the platform: everything is tracked via Stripe and, for remote bookings, the deposit stays safeguarded until 48 hours after key handover.
After: you're never on your own
Your contract lives in your dashboard, support answers by email for any problem, and you can review the experience to help the next student.
